    Workman’s comp carriers, etc

• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments based on templates and rules identified by the practice
  • Assist in ensuring the schedule utilization is maximized by filing spots that are cancelled or not
    authorized.
  • Communicate and reengage no-shows and cancelled appointments.
  • Perform surveys and address patient queries and concerns.

• Document Management: Render documents based on pre-defined logic
  • Allocate incoming faxes based on administrative/clinical routing policy.
  • Logic based intervention on process(es) requiring actions.
  • Document fulfilment from other facilities or referring physicians based on requirements set forth by
    practice.
